Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the services Buzzlink Connect provides, how subscriptions work, and the policies that protect both your business and ours.

Effective date: 17 July 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Buzzlink Connect platform, website, and services (“Services”). By signing up, using our software, or engaging Buzzlink Connect, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Services we provide

Buzzlink Connect provides an AI-powered growth platform designed for Australian trades businesses and franchise networks. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

  • AI chatbot and inbound voice assistant for lead capture and qualification.
  • Missed-call text-back and outbound follow-up automation.
  • Reputation management and Google review request workflows.
  • Email marketing, social media planning, and invoicing tools.
  • AI website builds and conversion optimisation.
  • Integrations with job management platforms such as ServiceM8, Simpro, Tradify, and AroFlo.
  • Onboarding, training, and ongoing support as described in your selected plan.

Specific inclusions, limits, and usage quotas depend on the plan or proposal accepted by the customer. Buzzlink Connect may update features from time to time as the platform evolves.

3. Account setup and onboarding

To use the Services, you must provide accurate business information and maintain the credentials required for integrations (for example, ServiceM8 or Simpro logins). You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Onboarding typically includes configuration of your AI assistant, review workflows, and reporting dashboards. Timelines vary based on the complexity of your setup and how quickly required access is provided.

4. Subscription and billing

Buzzlink Connect services are billed on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law or covered by a specific money-back guarantee offered in your proposal.

Pricing is based on the plan, number of locations, message/voice volumes, and any add-ons selected. We will notify you of any pricing changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

5. Cancellation policy

Either party may cancel the subscription by giving 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period following the 30-day notice period. You remain responsible for all fees incurred until cancellation is complete.

To cancel, email paul@buzzlinkconnect.au with your business name and the date you wish the cancellation to take effect.

6. Transfer fee

If you request to transfer your Buzzlink Connect account, configuration, phone numbers, integrations, or data to another provider, platform, or business entity, a $1,000 (AUD) transfer fee applies per transfer. This fee covers the time required to export data, document configurations, release numbers, and safely hand over access.

The transfer fee must be paid before any transfer work begins. Transfers are completed only after all outstanding invoices have been settled.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and in good faith. You must not use the platform to send spam, harass customers, misrepresent your business, or violate any applicable law or regulation. Buzzlink Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for unacceptable use.

8. Intellectual property

Buzzlink Connect retains ownership of all software, code, templates, workflows, and platform intellectual property. You retain ownership of your business data, branding, and customer information. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for the duration of your active subscription.

9. Limitation of liability

Buzzlink Connect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as a set number of leads, bookings, or revenue increases. Results depend on market conditions, advertising spend, website traffic, and other factors outside our control.

10. Privacy and data

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

Buzzlink Connect may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
